College and trade education are career and earning differentiators.  However, the cost of attendance makes it challenging for some to attain.  Many good students are stuck in the middle not top 10% academically to qualify for an abundance of scholarships and not enough financial hardship to qualify for grants. Many of these students leave school in debt.  And many are not able to get the full college experience due to lack of money.  Food insecurity, housing instability and no funds to pursue opportunities like study abroad are common for many college students.  

 Students need more than just tuition and boarding to get the most out of their experience. Therefore, our scholarship is designed to be flexible so that scholars can use award money for the many costs that arise during their college career. In addition to funding tuition, fees, and full cost of attendance for undergraduate study, the scholarship funds may be used towards many other things. Funds can be used for  graduate school, housing assistance, food cost, study abroad, and internship stipends.
